Need Help! Whats Going On With My Hair?

Ever since October 2017 I noticed my hair thinning. I have Hypothyroidism since I was about 4-5Y and have been taking Levothyroxine ever since. My Endocrinologist told me my levels were fine never gave me numbers and only tested my TSH and T4.

I cut my hair in October and I noticed on the back of my head and nape area diffuse thinning. Then I noticed the parting of my hair getting thinner and my hairline thinner with thinning (One side looks thinner than the other). Now just this month I noticed a tiny bald spot near my temple/side of my head near the parting.

Im 20Y and this is getting me stressed out. Ive always had nice full hair and now its just crazy. My family has no history of male pattern baldness. My father is 47 with a full head of hair. Grandpa and all relatives have full head. What should I do? Any advice on how to resolve this?

Have you had your hair cut between these photos? I didn't think it looked too bad but then got to the rear photo and there is definite thinning/loss. I'd consider seeing a derm tbh.

Yes I did cut my hair that's when I noticed the back thinning. especially in well lit rooms. I think it goes up a bit higher and its was around my nape as well.
