Need help

Hi everyone. I need some help. I am 26 and think i might be losing my hair. temple areas to be exact.. Now if i am get a mature hair line or not i dont know. Nor do i want to take the chance. My father is almost 60 and has thin hair around the temples and front of his head. My question to all is what can i take to pervent any more area loss? I know growing it back is hard. so i want try to keep what i have now.

so what can i take ?
where can i get it ?
also i dont want to take anyting that is goign to make my hair shed. Some type of a pill would be good. This is all new to me so any help would be great. thanx

shedding is good for regrowth.read the cassin sticky post in shedding shedding section for your curiosity.

If you want it to stop then you have to use finasteride 1 mg daily.For major regrowth you have to use minoxidil foam or liquid with finasteride and 2% nizoral 3x week.

1) finasteride comes in tablet form of 5 mg,but for hair loss fda approved 1 mg.so,you have to cut it in five parts which is a tough call.so better cutt 1/4th.

2) nizoral is a shampoo which comes in composition of 1% and 2%.it is advised to use it 3 times in a week.

3) minoxidil comes in two version-foam and liquid ,with two strength 2% and 5%.it is advised to use it 2 times daily on affected area for regrowth and maintainance.

post some picture with your hair wet,this helps us to measure your situation. :lol:

MY hair loss isnt bad YET. I can live with what i have right now. I just want to put a stop on it. What do u say i should do. See my doctor first? Also where do i get these meds? u talk of?

Ya, seeing doctor before going for med is a good idea and we all appreciate the concern.

As you told your hair loss is minimal therefore ride on finasteride (daily) and 2% Nizoral 3 x weeks. :lol:

also what i dont get i am lossing more hair on my right temple. why isa that. but the left is thick. but i have always had the right kinda thin. well i think i hace always had it thin

k another question lets say my hair loss is normal because i am getting older? what will happen if i get on meds?
