I’m looking to make a move before it is too late. I’m 23M with a history of male pattern baldness in my family. I’ve always had a high hair line, but it has receded and began to thin. Don’t really know where to start and any can really use some help

RIP at age 23 you will need to start finasteride and minoxidil ASAP and even may need to get a transplant in order to maybe get the hairline of a 30 years old with half the density of your native hair.

Such is reality,hairloss is brutal.

Not necessarily. I've been a NW1.5 for at least a year, mabye longer. If my hair starts to go to sh*t, I may consider it. For now, I'm just monitoring it.

Norwood 3V get on finasteride and go to a dermatologist and get on min at 23 your hair loss seems pretty aggressive unless you’ve had this hairline for awhile. Are your grandparents and father bald?
