Im 21 i have thin hair which has receeded in the temple areas.i will probably start loosing it from the crown now.ive read up on hair transplants etc and i realize its too early to go for that now.i want to maintain my hair as it is and maybe when i hit 29-30 reevaluate and if needed get a hair transplant then.
My best option right now seems to go into the 'big 3'as it is known.finasteride minoxidil and nizoral.i have no problem with nizoral.
minoxidil seems a aggressive step and many people have reported ridiculous side-effect.is there anyone over here who has tried minoxidil over a period of time and if there is some info would be appreciated.
finasteride i was fine with too as a minority had reported sexual side affects.then i came across a article in which most european countries now market finasteride with the warning that it causes irreversible sexual side affect.
would duasteride be a better option??
