Hello,I am a diffuse thinner but absolutely with no receding.I have pretty big and protuding ears,I also got bullied in my school for the hairs and now I am somewhat comfortable with my friends but still my self esteem is going down the more I am going into adulthood.I have long hairs now so that I can hide my weird ears and I feel very much confident when my ears are hided.But at the same I am seeing I am balding.I am okay if I go bald after 30-40 but my ears will f*** my face structure fully and I will not be able rock the bald look.
Please help me out in this situation.

I dont notice when I run my hands throughit.But I lose 10-20 during combing and especially from the crown.And I shampoo very less like once 7-10days and I do shed about 20-30 hairs

You should not worry about 10-20 strands. Even shedding 50-100 strands per day is quite normal.

Nowadays I much more concerned that how can I fix my weird protuding ears than going bald

Yes I know..But I wish if my ears were normal and not alien like..Man my self confidence would have skyrocketed...

I Suggest you follow some tips to prevent from thin hair.

1. Eat more protein

2. Check your vitamin levels

3. Add your iron levels

4. Don’t skip conditioner

5. Live Healthy Lifestyle
