A few years ago i met a girl who acted like i was the love of her life. She pretended to like everything I did. She said and did a lot of things that I knew were not right but I ignored it. This was because i was balding and desperate. I also chose to look at her good side.
After some time she cheated on me with multiple guys. I could of got some STD or something. When I found out she just blocked me and was really mean to me. How does someone talk to you as if you are the best thing ever then a few weeks later block and be mean to you?

It was really traumatizing and it took me years to recover from it. I had PTSD. I no longer care about it and I realise how lucky i am to get away without any real long term consequences.

i wanted to share this story if there are any guys on here desperate/lonely/balding listen to you gut its not worth it

Being alone is 1000x times better than being with some b**ch trying actively to ruin your life so even now I am doing better. After I broke up with her I had few short term flings with better looking women, now that I shaved I have yet to wait to see if I get someone to be with, but overall people think I look better now and are actively complimenting me, even those who I just met, so I think I can get my hopes up. If I end up being an incel then that's my fate and I will just become a better scientist as a result of cope lmao

For a young guy this is a reasonable comment but remember that many older guys (25 + ) want to have a family. At this stage, relationships and dating goes from an almost trivial thing to something that majorly dictates your future. A bald guy at this stage is bound to become fanatical.

Yeah you get a point, when you are 25+ you are in point of life where you should found a family. I am serious in finding future wife tho but baldness is a minor obstacle to achieve it compared to other handicaps lmao

I am 30 and I don’t want to start a family (yet). People want different things in life, there is nothing that people SHOULD do unless they really want it themselves.

I meant that when you are 25+ you have no patience for short childish flings like in high school. You rather expect you relationships to form something meaningful and not something that will waste your time, also many people just want to settle and be done with it. Also I believe people are overconfident when it comes to attractiveness at older age and this forum is a perfect example, I thought I would be f*****g b****s till my 30s and then pull out of the game with an attractive 20 year old. Truth be told, now I know that I will not be a slayer soooooo I need o get my expectations in check.
