I don't like it. I think people will look at newbie or junior and think the same thing anyway. It just gives people uncharacteristic and inaccurate descriptions. I like it better the other way.

I agree with Socks. If people can vote negatively then one person alone can sabotage a poster's rep out of petty grudges. A positive only voting system more or less ensures only good posting will ensure a response--which is, after all, the point.
