newbie says hi and questions

Hi everyone, As you can see I'm a newbie. I've been reading over the threads and have finally decided to take action and hopefully stop my hair loss. I have to tell you that I'm scared of whats going to happen to me after I start messing with my harmones but I've decided that Its worth a chance to have my hair back.

Ok, my hairs receding back in the front. I really noticed it last time I cut my hair. So I decided to order a 3 month supply of finpecia from unitedpharmecies.com. I don't have a problem with my crown area just in the front. I seems that a lot of people are having good success with finasteride as long as they dont grow breast . Anyhow, what would be a good topical to use with receding hair in the frontal area combined with the finpecia? Also my skin on my forehead is really tight and it makes my forehead really shiny in the sun. Has anyone else had this problem?

Minoxidil is pretty much the end all, be all of topicals.

I use mino and now added laser comb and have had good maintance for 3+ years on my Norwood 1-1.5

Yes, minoxidil.. and if you want to get a bit more sophisticated, perhaps a shot of copper peptide spray into that frontal area as well. Folligen, Tricomin, both have the good stuff.

The spironolactone you use just further depletes the DHT in the temples.. and the copper pep is to enhance the absorption of the minoxidil?

The copper peptides serve to reverse some of the physical damage that inflammation does to the follicles.
