Next Steps in Regimen?

Hi everyone, I am just wondering what the next steps are that I should take in order to combat my hair loss. I am 25 years old and have Diffuse Patterned Alopecia, with the thinnest part being at the crown (very thin there). Here is what I currently do:

1. Finasteride 1.25mg/day (~1.5 years)
2. Rogaine Foam… once daily now, but was twice daily before adding Xandrox (3 years)
3. Xandrox 15 once daily (9 months)
4. Prox-N and NANO Shampoo/Conditioner as directed (6 months)

I also used Nizoral a few times a week for like a year or two before using NANO Shampoo/Conditioner, with nothing much to report.

But I am not really seeing any results, and my hair is still getting worse. Is there anything else that I should try instead/in addition to these products that would cause actual REGROWTH? Any help is appreciated, thank you so much!

It seems like Dutasteride and/or a higher concentration of minoxidil would be the next step.

Is there a higher concentration of minoxidil than Xandrox 15?

How do I know if I should make the switch to Dutasteride?

Thanks!

You might just be one of those minoxidil and finasteride dont work for, but if you feel that you are maintaining then keep on :)

Easy to add things you can consider are 5% spironolactone and ret-a. spironolactone is doubted by many and is a more maintainer than regrower tho...

Any other ideas here on what I can add to regrow? I am not really looking for any more "maintainers".

I was thinking about trying one of the laser products. Do they really work, or is it just hype?

Any help is appreciated, thanks!
