If you scroll down to the bottom..then go up just a bit you'll see "NDC Product Code (Source) 50458-680"...which is the same Product Code as the label(I guess it is) of the 4oz of 2% shampoo that is just above that. Well..that "label" has "08" at the end...whatever that means(2008?)
And in that same bunch of info it says: "Basis of Strength Strength
ketoconazole (ketoconazole ) ketoconazole 20 mg in 1 mL"
