nizoral 1% or 2% whats the difference

Hi im 3 weeks into using propecia and just added nizoral 2% I was wondering if there is anybody who could tell me the differnce between the 2 and which 1 I should be using?

2% is stronger, duh but it also makes your hair feel crappier than the 1%. The main reason for using the stuff is to control inflamation and dandruff and for most 1% will do the trick. I have used both but I stick to the 1% because I can grab some at the store and still maintain a relatively healthy scalp.

I use Nizorelle, I think it is the 1% Nizoral, it dries my hair, although I have oily hair in general.

But if your situation is bad consult with a dermatologist.

I was going to post the same response once I saw the thread title. You beat me to it. I use 1% nizoral. I don't think it makes a difference but I am not sure. I like the hue of my blue nizoral. What is the color of 2%? I have seen the bottle in a picture and it looks different than 1% nizoral. Is it red, pink, blue or some other color? Just curious.

My 2% is hot pink

I use 2% and it doesn't make my hair dry so I use that just on the premise that 2% might be more effective than 1%, but like people have already said I don't think it makes that much difference
