Nizoral alternative (mycoseb)

Hello guys, there is no nizoral shampoo in my country but there is one called "mycoseb" which contains ketoconazole 2% and no prescription required.
Since keto is the important thing that nizoral contains, am I good to go with this mycoseb shampoo?
And is 2% too much and I should order the 1% nizoral?
I need to get rid of scalp itching and I plan to stick with it for a while.

2% is what is used in most of the studies and ketoconazole is the active ingredient so as long as a company is legit company I would buy it and trust it.

Seems like everyone uses the 1% and the gourmetstylewellness.com main website recommends the 1% so I wonder if 2% has any downfalls
