Right now I just use rogaine foam

is Nizoral only helpful for flaking....Should i add this if i have no flaking?

Nizoral helped stop my scalp from itching and left my hair feeling and looking healthier.

I used Nizerol for a long time while using minoxidil, and I thought it was great. When my hair was longer, I found it kind of made it look like straw and be more dry looking. I wasn't down with that.

Then when it was shorter, near the end of the day I found my hair would start getting noticeably oily and thinner looking. I couldn't figure out why until I stopped using nizerol and the problem practically fixed itself.
