I know "relle is 1% keta and "rol is 2%

But is it better to use the lower strength more often (like every other day) or the higher strength once every week ??

PS - where is the cheapest place to get them in the UK ??

I get mine in Sainsbury's, why not use the 2% everyday if you want? I use it 5 days a week and it seems fine, before I used it 7 days a week for a while too and had no problems although others have said it dries out their hair too much.

Just experiment and see what works for you.

Curse Nizoral for being so incredibly expensive. The 60ml bottle is gone so quickly and hardly anyone in the UK has the 100ml these days.

Yes I too spotted the "other" brands in Sainsburys and purchased one. Wasn't impressed.

Has anyone found cheaper sources than £8.50 a 100ml bottle in the UK?

And Global...5 days a week? Are you some kind of playboy that enjoys flashing money around? You must spend over £50 a month on that stuff!

.5% - Nizorpussy
1% - Nizorelle
2% - Nizoral
3% - El Nizorón
5% - Nizorator
10% - Nizorumsfeld

and finally,

80% - Nazirol

What this site really needs is some kind of sticky or section where cheapest prices for everything related to treatments are contained.

Could been updated whenever someone finds a cheaper website to order from or a cheaper store that carries the product.

Ha ha, no I don't like flashing my money but I do like keeping my hair :)

Anyway, I find you only have to use a small amount to get a good lather from Nizoral.

I love the effect nizoral has on my hair after i've used it. I want to use it more than once every 3 days, but i heard that one shouldn't do this.

I have slightly long hair kinda Tom Cruise in Last Samurai style ..... well I do right now, who knows a couple of years from now !!

Should I only use a small amount and rub it into the scalp ..... or use a lot all through my hair right to the tips ??

Are there any generic Keta shampoos which are good or is expensive nizoral the only effective product out there ??

From my understanding, you don't need to do anything special. Just follow the directions on the label.

Lather up like a normal shampoo, then leave it on your hair while you go about cleaning the rest of your body, then rinse it off.

I would think that there probably must be some generic Keto shampoos out there, but I haven't seen any personally.
