Nizoral question- should i take it?

Hey guys,

I have been on proscar 1.25 mg for 10 days now and I've heard from friends that I should get on Nizoral shampoo. My questions are, should I get on it? if I do get on it, do I need 1 or 2% Nizoral, and do I need a prescription etc?

And if I get on it should I use it like 5 days in a row to start and then twice a week? I don't want to worsen any hair loss by screwing up on the Nizoral. and does anyone have a link or store for me to buy at it? i want to make sure i get the right thing and right percentage if i need it.

In the US you need an RX for 2%. Use it every 3 days or so. It won't make or break your regimen but it helps a little. It leaves the hair and scalp a tad dry so make sure you use a moisturizing conditioner afterwards.

thanks cassin.i was reading that it really benefits users of minoxidil but i am only using proscar right now and nothing else. will i get as much of a benefit from nizoral? thanks.

Yes, take it. 1% or 2% it doesn't matter. It helps no matter what other meds you are on. Take it.
