Hi again lol

About to start Nizoral, do i use this instead of my normal shampoo? i usually wash my hair 3 times a week, so do i just use this instead? or do you use this, then finish of with normal shampoo??

oh and one more thing, is my Nizoral 2% ? its a 60ml Bottle and has 20mp/g of Keto in it....i bought it over the counter in boots in uk

You need to go back to science class and learn the basics! 1g=1ml of pure water

On topic: 20mp/g.. I am not familiar with the unit of (mp).

EDIT: I think you may need a prescription for 2% strength.

Why are you rude?
I got confused in the mg/g thing. But, my shampoo is 2g/100ml. That's Nizoral 2%.

2g of 100 ml is 2%.
each 100ml of the product has 2g of keto inside it.

I dunno about mp, but mpg, I think, has nothing to do with shampoo's etc.

sorry my bottle says 20mg/g and it is 2% as confirmed but this link
