Nizoral vs. Fungoral

I'm from Sweden an I would like to know the difference between Nizoral and Fungoral. The swedish drugstore "Apoteket" has only got Fungoral, will that work or i Nizoral the way to go?

I have not analyzed the ingredients in Fungoral yet, but Nizoral has the god of all antifungal anti inflammatory ingredients in it - Ketoconazole. Definitely recommend Nizoral over any other shampoo on the planet for this.

Anyone used Fungoral over a longtime period? Does it work?
Fungoral have the same active ingredient as Nizoral (ketoconazole) but I haven't seen any fungoral raport or experience towards male pattern baldness, yet.

My local drugstores only sells the 2% (20mg), they didn't know if it would be any good for male pattern baldness.
Read 2% could be rash against the scalp, escpecially if you aren't experiencing oily/itching/flaking in the first place, thats my situation, im mainly thinking of the lowering effects of DHT.

Apologize my sceptism but I've read some bad experiences from ketoconazole lately, don't want to make things worse.

ask them to special order it. They will. If the 2% is $15 for 7oz like the 1%, just mix it 50-50 with some zink dandruff shampoo. Now that is a combo, and you get 1% keto.

I have used fungoral for a long period. Its the same as nizoral I guess. At first it helped a little, but I have now decided to stop using it because it makes my hair look bad and it seems that it doesnt help my scalp at all. Instead it is making things worse. My hair gets really dry and strawlike, even if I use a conditioner. No fungoral is not for me so I am going to use H&S for while which makes my hair and scalp feel a lot better.

i use it once a week,it made my scalp red the first time.
it makes the hair dry as hell.
i dont know it does anything at all really.
but it doesnt hurt me inn using it i think so why not.

lee has a 1% keto. Not sure if I should rotate it in with nizoral since it is supposed to be less surfacting. Nizoral does not bother me, and smells good. So maybe I should leave good enough alone.
