And if by any chance you are destined to lose it all, at least be smart enough to monitor the situation. See if your hair got a white bulb on their root end, that means it’s tellogen effluvium. See if you’re losing on sides/back. See if your hair changes in texture and shape. If you have itch, redness or flaking. If you have headaches and pain in the galea region.
That’s what normal people do. They don’t freak out like babies.
