No Noticeable Hairloss Anymore - Should I Stop finasteride?

I am on minoxidil and it's working, slowly. Three months ago I stopped taking finasteride. I am not seeing any real hairloss like before... I don't find any hair on my pillow or in the shower. Does it still make sense to take finasteride or should I stop taking it until I start seeing my hair falling out again? finasteride does not give me any sides. I am just thinking it would be better to avoid it because we don't really know what the long-term side effects are.

If I were you I would continue. Just in case.
