Agree. Many people don't know sh*t about real balding.

Even myself while having somewhat of aggressive Androgenetic Alopecia I feel literally privileged in comparison to people who had it real hard at a young age already like FredTheBelgian etc.

I obviously understand and see why a NW2-3 would want a better hairline for his own sake, but to argue that it will have a major impact on his environment is delusional.

Sh*t starts at NW3+. That is when aesthetics get thrown off real hard.

it's not until you're a NW4 with diffuse hair that you realize how important hair is.

It depends. If you're a diffuser, then you will realize how important hair is. The quality (i.e. strength) of hair decreases all over the scalp and you won't be able to style your hair.

No problem. But bruh, you were a Norwood 2 before treatments and now you're a thicker Norwood 2.

Look at this picture, it tells you how important quality is. Wiry hair AF like this is not much better than being a high Norwood. The only difference is that this guy can buzz it or cut it really short so it won't look this bad.

To answer your question, I care about styling. Hair that is uncombable is bascially worthless, it may have some cosmetic value though.

Pavi, i've seen your photos in the success story section. You don't exactly look like a bald guy, you actually have a considerable amount of hair. You actually look normal to be honest, as far as the norwood scale goes. Girls tend to say a lot of things like this, when the guy doesn't even have that flaw that she claims she doesn't care about. It would have been interesting if you were like a norwood 5, 6, 7.

it's not a deal breaker, especially if you have good facial aesthetics.

However, NW4+ there comes a point of diminishing returns regardless of facial aesthetics. it goes downhill inevitably

Thanks for the comments fellas. I know u guys think I have a lot of hair but for a moment it got really bad.... The kicker? I was hypothyroid... So T4 supplementation and minoxidil and 2% nizoral is doing wonders for me. However, this girl liked me when it was going south... Fast.
