Not Sure If Im At A Mature Hairline Or Balding

Even from the not so great photos it is clear to me you are not balding. There is no indication any of the hair around your hairline is going anywhere soon and the front on pic forms a nice straight line. You are fine for the moment. Keep an eye on it during your twenties because if you are prone to significant balding it will express itself during that time.
Keep in mind, over 70% of Caucasian men will have some form of hair loss whether that is expressed as minor/slow recession of the frontal portion (mature hairline), or full blown baldness. Most men have the gene so if you notice some recession in your hairline at some point, don't freak out it is far from conclusive that you are balding. For the time being get off this forum and enjoy life.
