Not too sure what is going on with my hair

So. I am 23 and This started about 7 months ago when i was going through a very rough anxiety patch for a few months. I had gone to a psychiatrist and gotten put on some meds because of it etc etc. Needless to say i am no longer on anything and am doing great. But my hair has been going through some weird phases. In which i am seeing a dermatologist for now.

So, my hair is a complete grease trap. Which we determined is from washing ir every single day. Which i was doing because by the end of the day it was getting too greasy. The dermatologist prescribed me Ketoconazole 2% to help with the scaling, dandruff, and grease I guess. She also mentioned at the time i may want to start Rogaine. But would have to use it forever if i start. Now, i have been using only the ketoconazole when I wash my hair which i have cut back to atleast every other day unless I can get 3 days on the weekend.
Anyways. I went back and she said its looking like i will not need any Rogaine at all. But still wants me to use the ketoconazole and gave me olux to help as well and use before my washes.

Now. My concern is that since this all started 7 months ago the main hairloss has been just on my hairline which i part from the left to the right. Also, the crown was thinning just a bit. It seems to be getting better now on the hair line. And i have seen some new hairs in the front of the part. But it appears that in the back of my head i have this line of no hair going almost half way down the back of my head in a line. And im not too sure what it is. Im going to ask at my next appointment but of course i am worried. Im also not positive how to post pictures hahaha
So if someone can direct me on how to do that. I know it will definitely help.

most likely hereditary related Androgenetic Alopecia

stress, and carcinogens wont cause hair loss unless you have a genetic predisposition for it.

Is Androgenetic Alopecia for males too? Because i am a guy. And im only asking because a quick google search said Androgenetic Alopecia was female. I do know my mom had aome sort of alopecia but was given some medication and it went away. They mentioned hers was from stress. Related?

mmhmm.

Androgenetic Alopecia is a general term for hair loss.

Their are many times such as dupa, DPA, and male pattern baldness...

most males commonly fall into the male pattern baldness category, but their are exceptions

pull your hairline back, let's see the state it's in.

very odd pattern. Did you have surgery on your scalp?

hair looks thick. I don't see any diffuse tbh

And there is a picture of it. In your opinion do you think it is something that will end up in complete bald head, unless I do something? Or is it possible it will fix itself in time?
