Noticed A Bald Spot At The Crown Of Head

I just noticed a spiral-like bald spot at the crown of my head. Am I suffering from a serious hair loss?

I actively count the number of hair dropped every day and hair dropped doesn't exceed 15 strands of hair though. My frontline hair looks perfectly line and has not receded.

I'm very worried about this. If I don't want yet to take minoxidil and finasteride, are there any options for me?

definitely crown balding.

Notice how the surrounding hair is thin, and lighter in pigmentation.

it isn't a crown swirl. balding.

Nothing.

Apply minioxidil to your crown religiously, and take finasteride.

That's the only way to maintain and thicken existing follicles. The finasteride will thicken your crown.

Your in a good position. Hair is thin, but still there. No baldness. After a few months you won't even have a thin crown anymore

It looks like it's thinning. You should try to take a better quality picture though (maybe not so close up). How old are you, if i may ask?
