im 18 and i've just realized im going bald... i'd like to stop the hair loss where it is... im not too concerned about regrowth yet... im too nervious about the sexual side effects of propecia so i've been researching a good herbal regimine... how does this sound:

Flax SDG and beta-sis ingested combined with super zix topical formula... has anyone had any experience with this combination?

i'm not sure about the amounts yet as i just started researching

I am taking those two and I am not suffering from any further hair loss. Green tea would also be a great add to those two as well. I cannot comment on Zix since I have never used it. Topically I use ACV/Cayenne, tricomin and Zomazar.

He asked if anyone had experience with the flax SDG and beta-sis, which I do. He can look at my full regimen if he wants to see what else I am taking. Since he is so young it is probably not as necessary to go with the kitchen sink like I have. The main science is behind the ones I listed, I threw my topicals on there due to the fact they could work quicker topically than the supplements might internally.

Hi delicious,

Im 18 too, and going for a maintanence regimen without propecia. I'm thinking of going on spironolactone, a copper peptide and Immortal Hair's top 3 (supplements).

Definately look up spironolactone :)

Get on Propecia man, you will thank yourself. It's good that you caught it early, so take action. Starting now will buy you much more time and you can eventually get a hair transplant. I mean you can try going along with all the things like, drinking Green tea which might prevent hairloss, or stopping the use of Shampoo because the containing SLS might prevent hairloss, or the million other products out there that might prevent hairloss... But if it is important to you, Propecia is proven to greatly slow hairloss in most people. And to add, the sexual side effect is pretty uncommon, and moreso in older people. My guy does just fine, I'm 20 now and started Propecia at 18.

I just started IH's top 3 about 4 days ago. Lets see what happens. Right now I am shedding like crazy. On an average 50 hairs a day. :(

50 is normal. I remember days when I used to get head massage and the girl would rub my hair crazily but not a single one would fall. At the amount of hair I have, I cant afford to lose these. Am going on essential oils soon. It stops hair loss by increasing the cycle length.

To answer your question:

swansonvitamins.com

They are good, not too expensive and trusted.

Am using nizoral, and planning to add Essential oils and Proxiphen which costs 100 bucks a month :(. This hsould surely help me.
