make sure whatever exercises you are doing are safe. I've heard of people getting hurt doing behind the back pulldowns. Make sure you isolate the muscle you are exercising and not using other muscles in lifting a weight. Remember to stretch before and after and to ear 2-3 hours before a work out. 8 Minute abs is awesome btw.

Well, I am doing fine so far. I go to the gym about four times a week and do some weight lifting for about 45 minutes. On the other days I am running about 12 minutes. I think I may have become a little bit more muscular, i am not sure about it though. I will definetly continue my routine and hope for a visible improvement soon. 8)
