ok, What is MSM?

I see it in alot of your sigs. I also read it speeds up the growth of nails and hair, which I need greatly. However my question would be, would this cause more frequent fall outs and will it inhibit the progress of pro/nizoral/minoxidil at all? And if not where do I purchase it and what does MSM stand for? thanx

Thanks but can you get this stuff anywhere besides that site, or do you have to order it from there, I'd much rather be able to go into a drug store or something and get it there, and since its a powder(I think) how long does it last? thanks

Should be able to get it anywhere. Do some inquiries at your local Wally World (Wal-Mart) and check out normal Internet pharmacies (http://www.drugstore.com), etc, etc.

Thanks they got it at GNC like 2 seconds from me. It's quite cheap for the amount they say to take. Question they have one that has 1000 mg and one that has 1500 mg. First off should I take more then that daily and secondly which one would you take and how much a day, thanx.

2-3 grams a day (2000-3000mg) should be sufficient to benefit your hair.
