On finasteride but worried tamoxifen is making baldness worse

I've been on finasteride for 13 years and it's worked well . However I messed with steroids which I regret and got gyno . I managed to get tamoxifen from my GP and have been in it for 8 months . However people have noticed I'm thinning at the crown quite quick . Is tamoxifen causing this ? Is it because it's raising my testosterone ?
Thanks in advance

Tamoxifen is a Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator, meaning it binds to and occupies estrogen receptors in target tissue (I.e., breast tissue) WITHOUT lowering systemic estrogen.
If you were using an AI like Aromasin/Arimidex or even Letrozole (which is a nuclear option imo) than systemic E2 would drop, T would go up and DHT would also go up.
I can say for certain that the Nolvadex isn't causing you to thin out, based on the simple fact that it has no effect on oestrogen levels within the scalp.

What gear did you use?
Winstrol destroyed my hair, and i've stayed the hell away from any DHT based AAS since then.

I user superdrol, I didn't do proper pct and suffered delayed gyno . I was thinking of coming off the tamoxifen ?

Sounds to me like it may have been Progesterone/prolactin induced gyno, as I experienced the same thing from superdrol, even though I was using Aromasin and nolva.
PCT is critical, but I think after 8 months you'd be okay.
Inbox me if you have anymore questions

I know how it feels to get gyno because you were stupid as **** like I was. that estrogen rebound is brutal!

 Just wear under Armour under neath a T shirt.

On the plus side, once you have the glands removed you can play with all the gear you want and not get gyno again. I don't even use an AI.

Is that really how that works? I thought gyno can reform even if you get the surgery?

Nah, you wont get it back.

Take it from someone who actually got it removed, not a bunch of bro scientists.

Shall I ditch the tamoxifen now guys ? I used the tamoxifen to build up my natural test too but surely after 20mg ed for 8 months I should have stabilised my test ? Also I've probably done as good as I can with tamoxifen for the gyno

Lol. Tamoxifen destroys hair brah. If after 8 months you've still got gyno... get surgery if your hair is important to you.

Removing the whole gland comes with a risk that you'll get concaved nipples after surgery which is why most surgeons prefer to leave it in.

I couldn't really say. It should do if you respond well to finasteride.

Everywhere I looked on the web said Superdrol wasn't harsh on the hairline etc... Don't listen to that ****.
Not only did it pretty much destroy my liver, I shed like a mofo on 20mg a day. The size / strength gains are insane don't get me wrong, in three weeks I gained a solid 12 pounds. Nevertheless, this compound is far too harsh for my liking, I felt like I had the flu each day I was on it

Has anyone had a positive experience of taking an anti-estrogen with finasteride to reduce side effects?

Side effects like what? If gyno you'd be better off using an AI. Anti-estrogens cause similar sides to finasteride (dick, libido, energy)
