On finasteride. Worsening After 10 Months Of Improvements.

Simple questions I haven't found an answer for anywhere: is It posible that being on finasteride (or dutas) you see constant big improvements for the first 10 months and then suddenly hair start worsening and thinnning back to baseline (or even worse)? Is It just an effect of the hair growing cycles (and the typical shedding) or does it mean the treatment has stopped working effectively?

Because It's happening to me and it's the worse feeling ever.

Because It's happening to me and it's the worse feeling ever.

Don't take my word for it but I've read a lot about this cause I'm at 8 months and it seems as if I'm not getting better but I guess I'm just maintaining.

A lot of people who notice results fast always mention a new shed come 10-12 months in, so I wouldn't worry too much as others seem to expect this. I doubt propecia would be so effective to have you respond and then in less than a year be so ineffective.
