What do you say? I have been on Minoxidil 5 % for five months now.

The first three pictures are from the day I started and the three last pictures are from today. I know the lenght isn't 100 % the same but shouldn't be more than max 0.5 inches different.

man, that's tough to tell. i have the same type of hair and similar crown balding. i'm thinking the regrowth is mainly from it being longer in the other pictures, but maybe someone else will disagree.

do you have any temple recession?

Thanks for your input. That's why I am asking for other peoples opinion. My trichologist gave me a prescription on Finasteride that I haven't started to use. So I am now evaluating if Minoxidil is keeping/regrowing by itself or if I whould hit the pill too. I am only willing to add Finasteride if I am still thinning on Minoxidil.

Yes I do, but that happened when I still was in my teens and stopped (got a very mature hairline early), have looked at 10 year old pictures and they are as high now as then. Same thing happened to my grandfather on my mother's side. He got high temples as part of puberty and then lost the rest of his hair from his 50is and onwards.

Yes it looks like it worked. Your hair looks good now.
Thank you so much for your input.

Interesting with two different opinions. Looking forward to hear what more users have to say.

Looks a million times better :), I would not stop here. Go on finasteride and protect you gains and I think there is more to come when them 2 are combined together !!
