Ok So My hair at my left temple is like this in the 2 pictures. You see where the part is? Thats what Happens when I make a part at my left temple. I cant make a clean part because theres hair in the temple area, its like filled in. My right side temple is intact. Its been like this for the past 3 year. I have been using Revita, so I do not know if that made these hairs appear in my left temple

You see how she cant make a clear part because theres hair filled in? But its not thick full hair like the rest? Its baby and long strands filled in the temple?

She too cant make a clean part because of the strands there, do you see what I mean? Is that thinning, hair loss, or just hairs that fill in temples and stay as baby hairs?

I would show picture of mens hair, but I have never seen a man with my problem

Either you have your baby hairs intact, or treatments brought them back. Neither should be a bad sign. It's normal to have baby hairs at the temples (if you have a full head of hair).

I have a full head of hair, No signs of thinning, I just shed a lot of hair, like a LOT. but I started Revita 2 years ago just as a precaution for balding, and I never really checked my hairline, I just checked it recently. My right hairline is like rounded out like a women, its not at an angle or a square. It has hair filled in. But on the other side theres no hair loss but just baby hairs like that at my temple. I do not know if that is thinning/vellus hairs and or the treatments(Revita) making it grow? Its long and wispy.

I would argue any hair that is miniaturized is hair loss. Im not sure what a "baby hair" is considered but if some hair miniaturizing is considered okay than male pattern baldness is just people with lots of "baby hair" all over their head and not really something to care about either. It all depends on how much hair was there to begin with. If someone had hair somewhere and it miniaturized then they lost hair and its really some form of male pattern baldness now it could stop but it might not.

A lot of women (with full heads of hair) have baby hairs in those areas. They aren't really miniaturized, because they were never normal hairs in the first place.
