one temple filling in and other not???

Whats up guys...well my hair has gotten a lot worse since I started one and a half months ago but I know thats normal. My temples were bald when started but my left temple is growing dark vellus hairs like crazy...almost to the point where if they darken and thicken it will bring me back to a 1.5 on that side. The other side has NO re-growth at all. I mean none. Is this normal at all?

I've been on treatments for 8 months and my left temple, as well as the very front of my hairline have filled in well but my rigth temple hasn't moved forward at all. However I'm fairly certain the hair that's on my right temple has thickened up which is better than nothing. I'm very happy with my results so far and would be very happy if I can keep what I have for a good few years and over the moon if I could grow a bit more back
