Hello everyone
I'm 28 years old, using minoxidil for almost 10 years, I don't have a lot of hair left but I still have something to work with.
Tried Propecia on two occasions and got side effects.
What else can I try?

unfortunately no anti-androgen, no hair. DHT will attack and kill your follicles no matter what else you use. and every anti-androgen will have sides. people claim to get the same sides on RU as they do on finasteride (personally I believe that both instances are all psychosomatic but there we go).
have you looked into SMP (scalp tattoo) or check out coolpiece/toplace or hairdirect.

I actually tried RU and it had the same side effects on me as propecia.
I remember getting the prescription for propecia for the second time I tried it, the doctor said that some people get side effects with it but they're pretty much all psychological and that I shouldn't even bother thinking about it, he was speaking really calmly while still sounding very confident, I trully believed that it was just psychological and that people are just imagining it. Well after about a month of use I got the side effects and couldn't continue taking it. I really wanted to believe it was psychological.
I've seen those scalp tattoos, they're quite popular where I live actually but they all look really bad and obvious, they just don't look and act like real hair.
I'm not going to get a hair piece, maybe as a last resort, but I'll try anything else before going for the hairpiece.
Are hair transplants in Turkey a reccommended solution? There are a lot of footballers nowadays getting them and they look really good, but I read Wayne Rooney paid 50k for his operation, what do you think?

Hair transplant in turkey is a definite option for you. Just be sure to HIGHLY research the doctor and seek second opinions on hairloss forums multiple times. You need to be sure it’s the right person.

Minoxidil has been a great friend of mine for the past 10 years or so, it makes your existing hairs stronger and thicker, and slows down the shedding, but over time it loses it's power completely and I've been looking for other options for about 3 years now, everything else I tried gave me side effects, minoxidil never gave me side effects.

Agree with Regrowth--try .25mg/day. You can try a topical Minoxidil with some other stuff such as Lipogaine which has natural DHT blockers or Brintop which has Finasteride in it or add something like Latanoprost to the Minoxidil liquid. You can try oral Minoxidil low dose around 2.5mg/day. Topical caffeine. Dermarolling. Red light therapy.
