U sound like a moron. There is no specific dosage or how often you take it. Some take once a day some twice. Some use 2.5mg twice or once a day. There is no right or wrong.

Once every 12 hours. One at 9 am after breakfast and one at 9 pm before bed.

Dose is 5 mg or 2.5 mg pills cut in half. Your choice of 5 mg or 2.5 mg.

Take it at the same time every day, set an alarm if you need to. It doesn't matter at what time you take it, people recommend morning or night because you're going to be at home and won't miss doses.

Yep. Taking it at bedtime will cause alot more water retention in your face and give u eyebags in the morning.
