I ordered Finasteride from this same website and received three emails from them the same day.
It took about three weeks to arrive and it was delivered from India in a small bubble wrap as Finpecia.
Although I ordered three month's supply, I only received one month's supply. I contacted them by email about this and they replied:
The appearance of the envelope you have received reflects the most effective packaging method we have found for effectiveinternational delivery. Though it may seem casual in nature, great care has gone into each and every shipment. Please note - In order to ensure that your entire shipment arrives to you without delay from customs, we may split your shipment into multiple parts. You will be receiving the remaining portions of your shipment in a few business days, if the entire quantity is not enclosed. Most shipments come in 1 or 3 parts, but larger orders may require more. There should be sufficient quantity of the product enclosed to last you much longer than it takes for the next portion to arrive. We have found that splitting the packages up like this actually speeds up delivery time, significantly. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

The remainder arrived just as the first one ran out.
I used this company because of the link in the forumand I've been quite pleased with the service. I have to trust that it's what they say it is, but I'm still not 100% comfortable with ordering medication through the internet. However, given that one of the side effects I seem to get, I am inclined to believe that it is genuine.
Here's a copy of one of the emails I received from HairGenerics with their email address:

Some important things for you to remember: 1) Do not be confused when you see "WORLDEMAIL.COM/RETAIL" on your credit card statement. That is your HairlossGenerics Order. 2) Due to the international delays, some deliveries may take up to 15 business days, however, 95% of orders arrive in 5 to 7 busines days. That should include yours! If you are not home, the mailman should leave a note for you to pick it up at the post office. They need your signature to release it. 3) If you don't get your package, or a note within 9 business days, check with the post office. It is likely being held there for you. If you still have not received your package after 16 business days, please notify us, and we will reship by DHL or Global Express Mail.
Maybe there's a problem with your email address, but I'm sure you'll get them soon as they've deducted the money from your account.
