Ordered Ru58841 On Alibaba From China To The Uk And It Got Seized. Not Sure What To Do

I live in the UK. I wanted to tackle hairloss so I ordered RU58841 on alibaba. I then received a letter through the post saying that it had been seized.

The poster of the RU58841 labelled the item as something else.

I'm not quite sure what to do as RU58841 is legal?

Should I just leave it or would this cause more problems? Or should I declare it as what it is? Fedex said they can't do anything. The seller is trying to make me say it's another legal substnace for some reason....

Does anyone have any advice ?

Sorry to say, but you will not be getting your shipment, and if you try, you can just get yourself in far worse trouble.

If you admit you knowingly bought RU, you are fucked.
If you claim it's something else and they send it to a lab, you're fucked.

Best to just not reply, and if someone contacts you:
1) you never ordered OR paid for anything
2) you have no idea what the package is, who is sending it, or how they got your address
3) basically deny everything and play ignorant

And next time buy from group-buys.eu or Kane. Good luck

You're biggest problem is not that it is RU per-se but that the sender lied about the contents and value for customs purposes and that they think you are trying to import illegal drugs, ie MDMA, etc.

I doubt anything bad would happen to you if they found out it was RU58841.

Why do you buy from China when you can buy RU for cheap from various trusted EU/USA sources? Might be a little more expensive but at least you'll get the real deal, delivery guarantee and not get in situations like this.

If you can supply the correct information then you have a chance, the biggest issue I see is that it's probably described as a medicine. You could describe it as for a hair loss cream for intended purpose. I seriously doubt anything worse than they say no you cant have it.

They are probably looking for people importing "legal highs" that are now illegal and a lot of places on alibaba are selling theses substances. The guys packaging it will probably use the same description for everything they send.

They definitely think you're buying psychoactive drugs like cocaine, just send the proper info, show that it's RU58841, it's for research purpose and that its intend use is to treat hair loss topically. You could lie but they do have internet and can find this stuff.
