ive been looking into lots of natural methods of maintaining hair and reducing hairloss. I have found out that oxygen intake is a big part of hairgrowth.
If there is a lack of oxygen. The blood will carry oxygen to major organs other than smaller less important cells such as hair follicles.
I have tested this research and it is fair to say I do see an improvement in reviving hair follicles. My temples that had slightly receded have filled back in practically back to normal. I achieved this by focusing on my breathing throughout the day everyday for 3 weeks.
This has also helped with stress! It also helps me lose the stress that my hair may one day fall out! Breathing guys. I’m telling you it’s really important.
