ive been looking into lots of natural methods of maintaining hair and reducing hairloss. I have found out that oxygen intake is a big part of hairgrowth.
If there is a lack of oxygen. The blood will carry oxygen to major organs other than smaller less important cells such as hair follicles.
I have tested this research and it is fair to say I do see an improvement in reviving hair follicles. My temples that had slightly receded have filled back in practically back to normal. I achieved this by focusing on my breathing throughout the day everyday for 3 weeks.
This has also helped with stress! It also helps me lose the stress that my hair may one day fall out! Breathing guys. I’m telling you it’s really important.

In your case it may sound like the breathing techniques reduced stress levels, which is a bigger benefactor than what you said about oxygen.

You're partly right, but not completely. Whenever we experience stress, our limbic system may trigger what is known as a "fight or flight" response. This is bad. Why, you ask? Well we don't fully know all the negative effects yet, but when you're in this state then all bodily parts involved in keeping you both focused and energetic is prioritized. Your heart pumps faster, which means blood that carries the oxygen also travels faster throughout our body faster. This comes at a price, because it puts a strain on your heart. Fight or flight is also by definition actually anxiety that might increase stress levels even further, which eventually leads to a vicious cycle where your untreated anxiety is now unnecessarily triggering high stress levels for no reason.

From what I've gathered, what actually is causing hair loss is a sensitivity to the DHT that is produced as a byproduct of testosterone. Everyone are sensitive to it at one level or another, but some more than others.

Anyway, let's get back to stress levels. Guess what else happens when you're stressed out? All unnecessary parts of your body that is not directly helping you either win the fight, or successfully flee away during the response I mentioned, will be paused. This is why stressed people gain weight, because your digestive system certainly does NOT matter at all right now as far as your body thinks.

Maybe it also stops oxygen from being carried to the top of your head, like you said. I don't know, but just know that concentrating on breathing and ultimately relaxing will most definitely be super helpful for you anyway, so keep doing that.
