Yes i tried creatine when i was aged 20/21.My coach told me it was good for explosive power.. i never took it to build muscle just to help with my power.Didnt really notice much difference Tbh
When i started weight training seriously about 3 years go all ive taken since then is Whey protein .The rest is good food and consistant training
I get enough creatine from eating steak and other foods
If i was on steriods i would admit it
