Can i ask you gguys some questions about this.
I'm worried i;ll develop this disease

I had sex a yea ago and bruised my penis real badly. I had a bruise for a few days but that was it.
I'm worried that in the future i'll have issues ? and was wondering if finasteride will make me more prone o developing the disease.
Did you guys have injuries? how old are you ? how did it develop etc?

Injuries to the penis are definitely among the main causes to develop Peyronie's. But this usually happens in the healing process which by now should be complete (if your injury occured a year prior). So if you didn't develop scarring already, it's less likely that you will in the future as a result of that injury a year ago. If the whole function of the penis has somehow been affected (as in you've lost random erections, morning wood) from that specific injury, then that's another discussion... Best is to see a doctor. Peyronie's can lead to ED

Not true - there is no generated dependance from taking any PDE5 inhibitor. I can get an erection just fine without cialis - however it makes sure there is always blood flow present to prevent build up of plaque just in case the blood flow isn't 100% in the eyes of my own body.

5mg is the daily dose. Recreational one-off doses are often 20-30mg.

so you are planning to take 5 mg cialis every day for the rest of your life ?

Not true - there is no generated dependance from taking any PDE5 inhibitor. I can get an erection just fine without cialis - however it makes sure there is always blood flow present to prevent build up of plaque just in case the blood flow isn't 100% in the eyes of my own body.

I was talking about taking it every day for the next decade.. And then after a decade completely stop and try to have sex for without it. Young guys here never think about the future... life still goes on after our 20's .. 30'40's50's are all decades a healthy man should be having easy sex

As I’ve stated ... PDE5 inhibitors do not cause a dependency. I don’t make this up ... go read the long term literature.

As a daily drug it has been used for much of the entirety of people’s lives to combat pulmonary arterial hypertension and BPH . Coming off cialis after long term use does not result in a decline of normal erectile function.
