pics after 8 months use of minoxidil

this is my results after eight monoth of 5 % kriland minoxidil . Is it about time that I start usinf finasteride. Should I take the risk . I also use nizoral shampoo when I have flakes. I have have been shaving my head duning this whole process I dont know if its a good idea.
