Fredrik Ljungberg.. Anthropologically he is Cro-magnid/East Baltid, this is what helps him pull off the look, due to his strong jawline and cheekbones. Good symmetry.

Jason Statham.. A ruggedness "hardman" look. It would seem, to actually look good with a receeding hairline, one has to have strong defined bone structure. Ljungberg is more harmonious than Statham in my opinion.

Bruce Willis.. Not as Harmonious as the above, but i think he shows that with the above close shaven head hairstyle, he looks clean cut.

Edward Norton, He got "Big" for American History X. Which filled him out alot, making his slight face look fuller. He was playing a hardman, hence the look which he pulls off successfully.

Please feel free to add your own examples.

lugjbernggga also has beautiful eyes which help to contrast the strong, chiseled jawline of the "hardman". this lends to a more harmonius appearance...HAHAHAHAHHAH! LOL! AHHAHAHA!

No seriously, i think those guys are just good looking. they have nice shaped skulls and symmetrical facial features. No big noses, or receded chins, or double chins, round shapely heads. If you have this you can look good with anything.

Good point :p That's also the point i was making! So maybe the majority of you guys could just get used to having "another" ugly facet

Nice to see the level of maturity on this forum is Impeccably low.

i just think that if you are good looking at the first place, you look cool whether with hair or without...

i disagree, some peoples "looks" depend on having hair to frame thier face and make it look aesthetically 'even' for want of a better word.

true... most people do look better with hair no matter wat... without, most still look acceptable if they are good looking to began with compare to average looking people...

anyway, i just love the look of Jason Statham (the second guy in the first post)... hair or no hair does not seem to affect his look much... and his body!!! think that the body girls look for... not too huge or skinny... perfect 10 from me...

I reckon Callum Best pulls off the look perfectly, hes got the right shaped head, and hes tanned, so it just works.

What you people must realise, is im an amatuer anthropologist, so im used to describing the headshapes and forms of people in order to determine there sub-type. Applying the word cheekbones to a male isn't a taboo for me.

I don't get it... why is it that a heterosexual male can't talk about other men's attractiveness, like we don't notice it. Obviously, most guys here care about their outward appearance and do appreciate male beauty - so get over it.

Girls constantly talk about how pretty other women are, and no one would question their heterosexuality. I sit with my girlfriend all the time, and we talk about this one being pretty and that one being pretty. There's nothing wrong with me also pointing out an attractive guy. I'm not gay, but not blind or aesthetically challenged.

I just thought that needed to be said. Oh yeah, and while, I'm at it there's nothing wrong wth homosexual feelings or behaviours anyway.

I await the nasty responses from the spineless Americans who voted for Bush or other machos who have inferiority complexes.

Something happened with the post I wrote a week ago or so, which rather eloquently, or drawn-out, argued the above poster's comment.

In short, I find it tragically ironic that when the subject of conventional male beauty is brought up, *specificially* dealing with what kind of physical configurations enables one to be attractive despite hair-loss, the gut-reaction here is to label it "gay" and shy away from it.

Grow up. We're at a hair-loss forum. This is a purely cosmetic problem and you don't want to talk about what makes males attractive and why some bald/receeding men are still attractive and why others are exceedingly ugly despite a mop of hair?

This is the kind of insecurity about yourself that is likely to repell a partner of the opposite sex in a far greater degree than the lack of hair on your head will.
