Ok, what i just posted above ist the old product that circulated around in 2002. This is from the same university. Interestingly they made a product called FNS that no one hears about these days, discovered accidentally because it grew hair on a wounded girl, but back then i doubt people wounded themselves before using it. Iv'e been wondering that too... no results when I searched for it in Hebrew either. Maybe PiloxII isn't the right spelling... I guess I should add this fact to the discouraging things list i made
The patent was granted in Israel in 2008 already. published by WIPO in june 2013

funny how there are a million other patents regarding hair loss down at the related articles section
I see that the patent has the address for Pilogics the company that licensed it but no phone#. I'd go to their office but it's like a 2 hour drive and I can't be sure they still exist...
