Hello, I would like to ask, using minoxidil (Spectral and Kirkland) for 4 months, the first 3 months, except for the fuzz of hair, there was nothing, and now 4 months I start to notice the good hair regrowth throughout the crown and frontal bald patches (I Norwood 1 , 5-2), a lot of fuzz of hair on the frontal have even been healthy climb and these vellus hair covers both Norwood 1, just take vitamins for hair and use a laser comb, Nizoral 2% once a week. The question is what, until there is a result, adhere to the regime? Or if you connect it Propecia works on the front line ??? the result will be even better than on minoxidil? In my experience a good dht inhibitor like propecia or RU58841 are far more effective than minoxidil. That being said the hairline is difficult to treat. And i will need to maintain and get transplants for the results i really want.

Yes i used the two together. My front line is very difficult, its looking like transplants are the best bet.

hair transplant is always the best solution, albeit the most expensive. Maintain what you have, transplant what you've lost.
