hi writing from turkey ı'm 22 years old . My women. My hair has been pouring since I was 15.blood and hormone assays are all normal, but too much shedding. I did everything I could but never seen any benefit. now I use topically set and powder spironolactone but my hair has too much shedding and very diminished. I'm bald staying please help me more ı'm 22 years old. what can i use I'm waiting for your help my hair, top part front part and side part in very poor condition ( please helpp

Your post is barely intelligible because it went through Google translate or something like that, but your best bet would be to try oral spironolactone pills instead of topical. You could try finasteride as it has helped some women but definitely don't do that if you plan on being pregnant anytime soon.

Also minoxidil but that would have to be applied every single day forever, or it will lose its effectiveness.

First of all, seek help from a psychiatrist for your sucidal thoughts . It isn’t healthy, now moving forward, you could try finasteride but like mentioned above , not if you are trying to get pregnant.

Get on finasteride and min. If you were on both and neither worked just shave and accept yourself. Acceptance will have to come sooner or later.

It actually can work for women I have seen it work, just be very very careful that you're not on that medication when you're pregnant or going to be pregnant soon (go off of it for at least a month in advance).

Oral spironolactone and oral finasteride has a chance of working for you, also look into when the new Brotzu lotion comes out (brand name Trinov), it is supposed to come out this month but it will be difficult to get.
