Ok so your hair is thinning. My moms hair is a worse, and no one notices hers and I didn’t notice until I was losing my hair. I think finasteride and spironolactone can help you. Also, toppik concealer works GREAT. I highly recommend it. I'm sorry you're going through this. And there's nothing wrong with a woman wearing a wig/hairpiece. For some reason society looks down upon men who wear wigs, not women. But in regards to treatments out there, I think you could also look into the zinc thymulin topical spray. Here's the thread:

women have some Dht. even with low systematic levels, it can still be relatively high in the scalp because our follicles produce 5ar.

I can see by the photos. I still think toppik or any hair building fiber would help a lot! It’s relatively cheap and, I’m my opinion, totally worth it.I have a very open area

Toppik is a concealer. It’s like makeup. It attaches to your hair and makes it look like there is more hair. I guarantee it’ll make you happier with your hair. You can also try other hair fibers, some are cheaper than others.Turkey is very expensive

hi writing from turkey ı'm 22 years old . My women. My hair has been pouring since I was 15.blood and hormone assays are all normal, but too much shedding. I did everything I could but never seen any benefit. now I use topically set and powder spironolactone but my hair has too much shedding and very diminished. You say you've had your bloods done but they appear hormonally normal. Its important you get your Thyroid levels checked as well incase you're suffering from thyroid loss. What you also need done is a scalp biopsy. A scalp biopsy in a case like this where the underlying issue isn't obvious is a must to confirm what the problem truly is.
If you do actually have Androgenetic Alopecia and there are no other complications then Finasteide will work for you yes. As a woman you're lucky because whilst trying things like finasteride you can also use topical Estrogen.
