I have been buying stock lace pcs from Super Hair Pc in Florida, but the problem is that their lace units lose their curvature to where the are almost flat. This results in wrinkles when applying.

I have read that to keep the curvature the lace needs to be made with pleats. I am looking for a domestic or overseas supplier that can supply me with units with pleats that won't go flat.

The problem I have with domestic suppliers is that their stock units are way too thick. Super Hair Pc is the only US supplier I have found that has a low density appropriate for someone older.

Any experts out there that can help me?

Just checked their website. They offer custom hair pieces giving the buyer the option of providing a template. A template defines the curvature of your scalp enabling the manufacturer to create a matching lace base with the same curvature. Curvature in the base is created with pleats.

Did you contact the supplier inquiring about the use of pleats? Stock pieces use an "average" curvature. That will work for most people but not everyone. Apparently not for you. Have a custom piece made.

I also use that supplier. I find the m106 or m116 ( french or swiss lace) with poly side and back help retain the curvature..
If you want all lace, then as suggested, try custom with a template.
My issue with SHP is premature sheding with their human gray...but all around, satisfied with prices and service. They suggested in go with synthetic grey, and they were right, less shedding. ..
