pls help starting finasteride

Now my scalp visibility has become 10 times it was and I am gonna start with finasteride without subscription

Pls tell me what kind of sides I can experience and when to stop cause I dont want permanent sides

This baldness is killing me afrerall I have just started college .Trust me when I say I daily pray for cure and I cry very often in empty room my personality has changed in negative way I know my family get negative vibes from me I feel very lonely

I started finasteride in march, after 4 weeks I quit due to low libido and ED as well as an uncomfortable feeling in my penis and groin. A month ago I tried again as I really want hair, and this time I have bit lower libido but it's not that bad. Hopefully it will subside alltogether.

I think Permanent sides are very rare. It is a risk, but if you don't give it ago you'll lose your hair you will always kick yourself for not trying.

Don't panic. If sides don't desist you can always quit. If it's legitimate finasteride. then you ought to know at the latest by the next monsoon. Be patient.

i came off finasteride 3 times both after 1month-2months of treatment and sides didnt last longer than a week after quitting. I am now on my 4th try almost at 2 months and havent had one side effect.

Don't base your decision on what people say on forums. It's not rational. Look up the prospect and make a rational decision yourself. If you very often cry in an empty room then it's ok to go on medication. The prospect says more than 90% of people don't have any sort of side effect long term. Most common side effects is erectly disfunction at a little over 5%, followed by a lower libido (these are temporary, they will stop after quitting the drug if you're extremely unliky to experience them). These side effects have been shown to subside and go down to near placebo levels after 5 years.

But don't trust my word, document yourself from studies and medical journals, not forums.

I havent read your question directly but my advice to u...
Use Finasteride 1 mg only twice a week a start having a diff of few days...
Take it after having snacks .

Don't worry about side effects...
It will not make u impotent in a single day....
One of the most important reason behind Impotency is pyschological reason...
People are taking finasteride like they are taking poison..

There's probably a lot of confirmation bias in the reports of side effects with finasteride. ie, only those with something terrible to say will relay it on forums. I've been on finasteride for over 4 months and have not really noticed anything. A small amount of testicular ache about 3 weeks in - lasted for about a week. Libido is the same as are all the related working parts

When I started taking Finasteride at Jan 2014.i assumed i suffered loss of libido so i quit it after few day.Pretty much i was scared at that moment.
But now i am taking it at few days apart,the effect may not be greater but it will work somewhat.I am not having any side effect now.
Surely Finasteride is not a daily drug but i have seen that people who suffered from Benign Hypertropy of Prostate(BHP) to take Finasteride to lower there prostate size so that operation can be feasible later.Imagine in that case would people avoid Finasteride at all to avoid side effects,No.BHP is one of the common clinical problem in the world and people are taking 5mg..5 times more than prescribed dose for Hair loss.

You're not going to know how your body is going to respond until you try it. You can always stop if your not feeling well as others said.
