I've known some people that has been used it for years with mixed results, some claim decent results, other continued balding. Personally I continued balding. I notice a decrease of the "DHT itch" for a while when I apply the foam, so it may be doing something, but it's not enough, my hair keeps miniaturizing. I don't see how this lotion anything different. What's the vehicle?
