Possible to mess up from Saw Palmetto with one month use?

Is it possible to negatively affect your libido by taking Saw Palmetto for one month? About 1.5 years ago, I took saw palmetto for one month. Then I read negative sh*t about it so I stopped. Is it possible I could have negatively affected my sex drive from that one month?

I have never been on propecia, finasteride or even minoxidil.

I've noticed it's harder for me to pop chubbys nowadays. (about 26 years old)
