That's why you people need to understand that everybody has his own perceptions about life, sex, libido, women, erections, bla bla etc... You have to really think before that behind those words or nickname or pc could be a 19 year old virgin with non existing libido who has no idea about life, sex, relationships that can't make a difference between a sexual or mental induced reactions by depression and a chemical one... Ashton Kutcher, the one and only famous example that you see on every hair loss forum in the world lmao... What the f***, is he a GOD or what? Does anybody personally know him or how his life on dutasteride was or how it is after? If he says on national television that he is ok, does that really mean that he is 100% ok and that he was not impacted in no way by the treatment? Would he admit it, especially on national television that his dick has shrunk or that he can't get it up like he used too? Maybe he thinks that he aged and that he is normal? Maybe he truly has nothing and he was from the lucky ones, or maybe he had sides but fixed them somehow considering the money he has and the treatments and doctors that he can go too? But who truly knows this, random strangers from the internet who give him as an example on hair loss forums because he appeared 100 years ago on a tv show saying that he took it also?

Let's be serious, if people take this drugs thinking that they are safe because actors or who knows what people take them in the world, i don't have nothing more to comment, i feel sorry for you but what can i say, i can only advise you that if the sides are unbearable to stop the treatment and hope for them to stop and that your body reverts to normal, thing that should happen, from what the doctors, studies, and people say... It's not like you could do something else...

I'm not stopping now, before finasteride I used to get these awful itches (painful albeit tolerable) it literally felt like someone was running a blow torch through my entire scalp (apparently that itch was the DHT corroding my hair, correct?) regardless... it's totally gone, I can safely say I'm cured of whatever that was, on the negative side: zero regrowth and still shedding.

lack of morning wood is the first thing that I noticed, I haven't had a morning boner in 60+ days.

1 year of finasteride (1mg/day) is what I promised myself. I'm going through with this til July 2020.

Good luck man! Though if you libido stays shut for a full year? I understand loss if libido us a major cause of ED

Personally, dutasteride has almost completely wiped out my libido. Im a mentally healthy young man. I never had depression or anxiety or anything like that. I havent watched p*rn since i was a teenager and i used to masturbate maybe once per week, with rock hard boners every single day. I didnt stress or even think about potential side effects from dutasteride. Partly because im simply not scared (even if it happens), and partly because i didnt expect it to happen to me.

The first few months, my libido got tanked by like 60%. It was very hard to keep erections and spontanous erections were reduced heavily.
Now after 8 months, spontanous erections do not happen anymore. Unless im thinking about sex intensly, or a woman is showing me affection, i do not get hard. I basically have to force it some way. I can masturbate maybe once per month now if i try really really hard, but it feels "boring".
I have also almost completely lost my desire to have sex with women. I was in the club last weekend and i literally didnt care about women at all. I basically see them as men right now. Non-sexual "Objects". Even though that is a very "rich" experience to have. To have the desire to prove yourself all the time to women.
